Who We Are

Motivating Academic Excellence (MAE), LLC was established in 2020 in response to the emerging learning loss for students during the height of the pandemic.

A variety of organizations highly sought Mrs.May’s expertise in the educational field, which included digital learning.

What We Do

The organization works with public, private, and charter schools around best practices in teaching and learning.

Services are designed to build capacity with all stakeholders in the organization, including paraprofessionals who have integral roles in providing academic interventions.

Our vision at Motivating Academic Excellence, LLC is to empower teachers and school teams to achieve academic excellence through the utilization of 21st-century skills and best practices. By working closely with teachers and school teams, we seek to cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth. Our consulting services will provide tailored support, training, and resources that enable educators to implement evidence-based instructional strategies, effectively utilize educational technology, and adapt to the ever-changing educational landscape

Meet The Founder

Jacqueline has over twenty years of experience working in elementary to graduate level. Over the last twenty years, she has supported and worked in traditional, Montessori, Gifted and Talented, and International Baccalaureate (IB) settings.

Some of her previous roles have included teaching, Director of Teaching & Learning, Principal, and being an educational consultant for the state of Wisconsin.

I founded MAE to assist schools with implementing sustainable practices that will result in positive outcome outcomes for teaching and learning.
